Another Victim Steps Forward

On August 21, 2012, the existing complaint regarding sexual misconduct was amended to include one more individual, a victim of Timothy Brennan.

The amended complaint now includes as defendants:

Saint Mary’s  Abbey
The Order of Saint Benedict
Saint Elizabeth School
Saint Elizabeth Church
Archdiocese of Newark
Father Justin Capato
Father Luke Travers
Father Timothy Brennan
Father Benedict Worry
